I first met & utilized Wayne and Direct Mortgage concepts in January 2000. Wayne’s work ethic, professionalism and mannerisms are why I have continually gone back to him over the past 22 years. Wayne had helped me with purchases, re-finance, and general advice on more occasions than I can recall and I would never entertain going anywhere else for my finances. Wayne Dickerson

Wayne is a long-time Hornsby Shire local with over 30 years of experience in lending. He began his career in banking, rising to the role of branch manager before transitioning into mortgage broking in 1998. In 1999, he founded Direct Mortgage Concepts, where he continues to help clients navigate their lending needs with practical, experience-backed advice.

Wayne runs a small business networking group within the Shire and is passionate about building relationships and supporting local businesses.

Outside of work, Wayne is a dedicated sports enthusiast with a particular love for golf and rugby league.

Qualifications and memberships include:
- Diploma in Financial Services (DFSFP)
- Diploma in Finance & Mortgage Broker Management (DFMBM)
- Certificate IV in Financial Services
- Full Member, Mortgage & Finance Association of Australia (MFAA)

Megan Williams

Megan has been with Direct Mortgage Concepts for over 10 years.

She’s worked in banking and finance since 1982, working with Westpac in the branch retail network. She went on to become a manager in the Business Banking area for several years.

In 2007, she shifted into a loan processing role in the broker market and has continued to provide great insight into all aspects of lending and customer experience.

She enjoys reading, line dancing and arts and crafts.
